Tummy time

Tyler's started sleeping on her side at night (like her daddy) and is able to roll from her back to her tummy which gives her a fright when she wakes up on her tummy. She's just over 6 months and weighs 7.4kgs. She's also moved from the capsule to a forward-facing car seat, needless to say she loves it and flashes the biggest smile whenever you look back at her in her new car seat.

Bath time with daddy

Tyler and daddy are always in hysterics during bath time - she's laughing at his contagious laugh and he's just laughing to make her laugh. It's the cutest thing ever and I just had to post some pics.

Xmas for jews at Bobsy and Gaga's house

This year lunch was at Bobsy and Gaga's house. Tyler loved seeing all the grandparents, aunties and cousins... everyone had a go throwing her up in the air and trying to make her laugh. In the end she was exhausted! Poor thing crashed an hour before her usual bed time!

Picnic at Centennial Park

We headed down to Centennial Park with Aunty Kase and Bobsy for a picnic on the grass. Tyler was in her element with the cuddles and kisses she received from her granny and aunty. Such a popular little girl!! She's 5.5 months here.

6 months baby!

Half a year

Wow! Tyler is 6 months tomorrow and I tell you, the love I feel for our little daughter is out of this world. She's unbelievable. She's almost sitting up on her own, not sooooooo keen on solids (persistence is key here), and is such a happy little girl. Although at the moment she has her first-ever cold which is awful. Her little nose is blocked and she's coughing but she still manages to laugh and smile even though she can hardly breathe. Here are a few shots with daddy, Bobsy, sitting up and in her jolly jumper.

Tyler enjoyed her first taste of "real food" (we suspected she might). Here are a few happy snaps of Tyler with food all over her face as she indulges in her first ever solids meal of rice cereal.

Xmas parties and balloons!!

Tyler had the best time at Dan's work xmas party with a show by one of The Wiggles and Captain Feathersword that had her totally and utterly transfixed... a sign it might be time to introduce her to the wonderful world of The Wiggles!!! She could not keep her eyes off the helium balloons around the room and kept grabbing for them. She also received her first xmas present and reached out to grab it. She is 5 months.
