Tyler Rose turned 1 today and what a weekend of celebration we had. Yesterday we threw her a birthday party at home with our friends and family and she was totally high on sugar (thanks to both sets of grannies and grampas!) but had such a good time playing with her toys and being thrown around the place. She was the star of the show in a big way but unfortunately daddy and mummy were too having too much fun at the party we hardly took any pics. There are a few pre-party shots I have posted though. I must mention that her birthday cake and cupcakes were made by me (my first time)... I had to feature pics of them too!!! 
On her actual birthday (which was today) we opened all her presents in the morning (thanks everyone for such great pressies!) then took her to KindiFarm to see all the babies farm animals which she absolutely loved. I have never seen Tyler so happy laughing and squealing with delight every time a baby goat or lamb came over. It was absolutely gorgeous to watch. We had lunch and then went for a play a Lollypops (an outdoor play centre) where she played with the balls, had a bounce on the jumping castle and was so tired in the car on the way home she was falling asleep. Thanks to daddy's efficient driving we made it home for a snooze in bed.
