South coast getaway Jan 2011

We had the most fabulous holiday down the coast with the kids. Lots of relaxing, swimming, beaching, and eventhough the weather was not as sunny as we'd hoped we still had so much fun. Gerroa is a pretty, sleepy town and we fell in love with it. We visted Jamberoo Recreation Park and Tyler loved the water slides going down the BIG adults one with both me and Dan - not even a tear (braver than mummy!). Sienna enjoyed the little water slides and wave pool. We took the girls to see the blowhole in Kiama - twice - because they absolutely loved watching the water shoot up in the air through the rocks of the ocean. In fact we still talk about the blowhole, months later. All in all a fabulous holiday, right on the beach... the best holiday any Abrahams could ask for!

Summer holiday 2010/2011

This year has definitely been the best holiday we've had together. Dan had 3 weeks off work and we really made the most of it spending lots of time entertaining with family and friends. We took the kids to luna park, on the ferry to circular key, a train trip around the botannical gardens, and train rides around the city. As you can imagine, the kids loved every bit of these fun adventures! We also discovered a water slide park and the girls LOVED it. As did we... was so much fun!!!

We had our cousins, The Kupers from South Africa here and had an awesome day swimming and catching up. Wish they lived here and it was really great to see them. Sienna and Tyler are the best of friends and Dan and I have been loving watching them play so nicely together. Tyler can now swim on her own unassisted across the width of the pool (very proud). We are now teaching her to swim to the wall but she's doing amazingly well and is such a keen learner. We've hit the beach lots and Tyler's still scared of the waves but SiSi is a bit braver. We also went away for a week to a gorgeous beach house on the south coast which was just amazing. So relaxing. I will put up pics in my next post. Tyler 3.5 months, Sienna 20 months.
